We are not all so fortunate in that respect. I have seen too many pastors, especially those who are new to their call, go through that time you speak of when they are doubting, feeling ineffectual, etc. and in the wrong congregation and lack of good support can be eaten alive. It's a sad time particularly when there doesn't seem to be anything that can help from a laypersons perspective. <br />Thank God for your Resurrection Story.
